By purchasing or using SpeedRamp Pro, EditFlow Pro, or the Editor Pro Bundle ("the Products"), you agree to the following terms.
Purchasing a Product grants you a lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that Product for your own editing work.
All prices are listed in USD and are one-time payments. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
Because our Products are digital and delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are generally final. However, if a Product does not work as described due to a technical fault on our end and we are unable to resolve it, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us with your order ID and a description of the issue. Refunds are not offered for change of mind, incompatibility with software or hardware not listed on our Compatibility page, or misuse of the Product.
After purchase, you will receive access to download the Product installer. It is your responsibility to keep your license and download details secure.
We aim to provide reasonable updates and compatibility fixes for supported software versions, but this is not guaranteed indefinitely.
The Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Products.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
