SpeedRamp Pro currently runs natively inside After Effects only — a standalone Premiere Pro version is coming soon. In the meantime, the common workaround is to send your Premiere Pro sequence to After Effects with Dynamic Link (right-click your sequence → Replace with After Effects Composition), apply your speed ramps there, and the results sync back to your Premiere Pro timeline automatically.
